Complete the Ethica Edge Giveaway entry form during REimagine 2026 by providing your name, email address, and phone number for a chance to win Ethica Edge, Ethica’s transaction coordination service, for your next eligible real estate transaction.
Five winners will be selected. Each winner will receive one complimentary Ethica Edge transaction coordination service, with an approximate retail value of $349. The total approximate retail value of all five prizes is $1,745.
1. Sponsor
The Ethica REimagine 2026 Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by:
Ethica AI, Inc.

(“Sponsor” or “Ethica”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:
• are legal residents of the United States;
• are at least 18 years of age;
• are eligible members of the California Association of REALTORS® (“C.A.R.”);
• attend REimagine 2026 in Long Beach, California; and
• submit a complete Giveaway entry form during the Giveaway Period with a valid name, email address, and telephone number.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on October 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 8, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
Sponsor’s electronic systems will be the official timekeeping device for determining eligibility and entry times.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, an eligible participant may enter by completing and submitting the Ethica Edge Giveaway entry form presented at or in connection with REimagine 2026.
The entry form requires the participant’s name, email address, and telephone number.
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, CREDIT CARD, PAID SUBSCRIPTION, ETHICA ACCOUNT ACTIVATION, TRANSACTION, OR FINANCIAL COMMITMENT IS REQUIRED TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY.
Upon successful submission of a complete entry form during the Giveaway Period, an eligible participant will receive one entry into the Giveaway.
Limit one entry per person.
Attempts to obtain additional entries through multiple accounts, identities, email addresses, automated systems, fraudulent information, or other means may result in disqualification.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and the validity and completeness of submitted entry information before including an entry in the drawing.
5. Prizes
Five eligible winners will each receive:
One complimentary Ethica Edge transaction coordination service for the winner’s next eligible real estate transaction.
Ethica Edge is Ethica’s transaction coordination product/service. The prize covers Ethica’s standard Ethica Edge transaction coordination service for one eligible real estate transaction.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per prize: $349.
Total ARV of all five prizes: $1,745.
Each prize:
• may be used only by the selected winner;
• applies to one transaction only;
• is nontransferable;
• has no cash value;
• may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or other products or services; and
• may not be combined with another offer, discount, credit, or promotion unless Sponsor expressly permits it.
Each prize must be used in connection with a transaction for which Ethica Edge services are available and that otherwise meets Ethica’s then-applicable service requirements.
If Sponsor is unable to provide a prize for reasons beyond its reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or service of equal or greater value.
Any costs or services associated with a winner’s transaction that are not expressly included in the standard Ethica Edge transaction coordination service are the responsibility of that winner.
6. Winner Selection
Following the end of the Giveaway Period, Sponsor will select five potential winners at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Each entrant may win a maximum of one prize.
The random drawing will occur on or about October 9, 2026.
Once an entrant has been selected as a potential winner, that entrant will be removed from consideration for the remaining prizes so that five separate eligible individuals are selected.
7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning one of the five prizes depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected, subject to the limitation of one prize per entrant.
8. Winner Notification
Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential winner using the email address and/or telephone number provided on the winner’s Giveaway entry form.
Each potential winner must respond within 48 hours after Sponsor’s initial notification.
Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide reasonable documentation confirming identity, age, C.A.R. membership, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 48 hours, declines the prize, is found to be ineligible, supplied false or inaccurate information, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Prize Redemption
Each winner must coordinate with Ethica when ready to use the prize for the winner’s next eligible transaction.
Each prize applies to one Ethica Edge transaction coordination engagement.
Use of Ethica Edge remains subject to Ethica’s normal service terms, eligibility requirements, geographic and operational availability, and transaction-specific requirements applicable at the time services are requested.
Winning the Giveaway does not guarantee that Ethica will be legally or operationally permitted to provide Ethica Edge transaction coordination services for a particular transaction, brokerage, jurisdiction, or set of circumstances.
If a particular transaction is not eligible for Ethica Edge, Sponsor will work with the winner to apply the prize to that winner’s next eligible transaction.
The prize must be redeemed within one year. Expires October, 8th 2027.
10. Taxes
Each winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes, fees, reporting obligations, or other expenses associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly paid by Sponsor.
11. Privacy and Communications
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Ethica AI, Inc.’s Privacy Policy.
Information provided through the Giveaway entry form, including an entrant’s name, email address, and telephone number, may be used as reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, award prizes, and respond to entrant requests.
Entry into the Giveaway does not require an entrant to consent to promotional text messages, marketing calls, or other marketing communications where separate consent is required by law.
Any optional marketing consent will be presented separately from Giveaway entry.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, city and state, photograph, likeness, voice, and statements regarding the Giveaway for reasonable advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes relating to Sponsor or the Giveaway without additional compensation.
Nothing in this provision requires a winner to provide an endorsement or testimonial.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns will not be responsible for claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injuries, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Giveaway, technical failures affecting an entry, incorrect entry information, acceptance or use of a prize, or use of Ethica Edge, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
Nothing in these Official Rules waives or limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived or limited.
14. Technical Problems
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, delayed, or not received because of technical problems, network failures, communications failures, device issues, software errors, system outages, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
If an entrant believes a valid entry form was submitted during the Giveaway Period but was not properly recorded, Sponsor may review its records and determine eligibility in good faith.
15. Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has provided false or fraudulent information, attempted to obtain more than one entry, manipulated the entry process, used automated methods, interfered with administration of the Giveaway, or otherwise violated these Official Rules.
16. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, legal restrictions, or another event outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the security, fairness, integrity, or proper administration of the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.
If the Giveaway is terminated after eligible entries have been received, Sponsor may select some or all winners at random from eligible entries received before the event resulting in termination, if doing so is fair and lawful under the circumstances.
17. Sponsor Decisions
Sponsor’s reasonable decisions concerning administration of the Giveaway, verification of entries, eligibility, interpretation of these Official Rules, and selection of winners are final to the extent permitted by law.
18. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute relating to the Giveaway will be governed by applicable federal and California law and heard in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be restricted.
19. Winner Information
To request the names of the winners after the Giveaway concludes, send a written request to:

Requests must be received within 60 days after the conclusion of the Giveaway.
20. C.A.R., REimagine, and Third-Party Disclaimer
The Giveaway is sponsored and administered solely by Ethica AI, Inc.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the California Association of REALTORS® (“C.A.R.”), REimagine, the REimagine event venue, or any other third party.
References to C.A.R. membership are solely for purposes of describing eligibility for the Giveaway. No activation of an Ethica account or C.A.R. member benefit is required to enter.
21. Acceptance of Official Rules
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant acknowledges that the entrant has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.
